2. Project Engagements

3. Payments

Payment terms will be specified per project. Late payments may result in a pause of ongoing work until resolved.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final delivered website files, excluding any third-party licensed assets (fonts, plugins, stock imagery) used under their own separate licenses.

5. Limitation of Liability

Nazar.Services is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered websites, including third-party service outages beyond our control.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
